item 3111 item 3139 item 3222 item 3140 item 2138 also item 3026 item 3157 . Also, you can dodge abilities or kill people who try to CC you who are squishy (like Rakan) or just get tanky in general.

Boots are usless as 30% tenacity does jack shit. The scimitar has a 180+ cd which is just jack shit usless as you use it only to be stunned again. The crucible is for allies not urself. QSS is the scimitar idk why u used it twice, a two minute tenacity item youd be stupid to buy instead of building ur items, ga isn't anti cc and neither is zhonyas.

Personally, i'd prefer more access to tenacity, with more targeted CC, but that's just me as someone who prefers strategy over action

Rakan has 2 cc abilities, one of them is his ult, and both require him to be in the middle of the enemy team as a squishy champion. Literally all you have to do is walk out of his W and stun him and he just dies because he has no way to deal with that.
