Can Mundo get some buffs please.
I admit that Mundo was insanely OP in the past but he has had a 44-45% win rate for the past 6 months. Mundos skill cap is not high enough to warrant such a low winrate. Buffing him is not dangerous since the things that made him strong have either been nerfed or removed.
Changes that nerfed Mundo since s2
1: massive nerfs to

4: replacement of madreds with 
5: % damage on a ton of new champions

8: 25% reduction on cleaver hitbox
9: mobility creep making even the permaslow from his cleaver negligible

11: lifesteal buffs making even the massive damage that Mundo does, ignorable.
What I reccomend for buffing Mundo is to buff his damage. Mundo NEEDS to be doing damage since that is the only reason he has to be focused in fights. He doesn't have any hard cc so he just walks into fights right now and hopes he is focused. All I'm asking for is an increase on burning agony damage by 20-25 and it will go a long way to making him viable. Also, increase his base hp since it is way too low for a tank.
