CAn Zac and Nunu get 100% Buffs to their Ults?
They both have 47% win rates in diamond, and I don't play them, but they look fun. So I'm not being biased, I just wondered if all "weak" champs can get the same welfare that Yas does?

Elisheva1 votesThey aren't weak. Nunu is just ungodly boring to play, and Zacs kit is just outshined by other tanks. Both have insane ratios for either full damage, tank, or even hybrid.
