PSA : Look At The PBE 1st

There are so many topics I see on the boards about things players want in the game or changes to balance. Half of the things I see people saying are things that are already on the PBE. "Nerf Maokai's E!" it's already on the PBE "Bring back item sets!" it's already on the PBE People need to look at what's coming next patch before mindlessly complaining about things that are already on the way. The problem is that Rito doesn't always implement the nerfs that are on the PBE or they water them down to the point where it isn't even relevant to fixing the issue with the champion.

PBE is a testing ground, if the tests aren't working out/are to much they are pulled or changed further to figure out something that might work.

I'm all for getting champs to a healthy point, but they can at least do some nerfs until they figure that out.

Ivern is a perfect example, they should (at the very least) increase the CD on his shield by a couple seconds each rank. This would lessen his power enough that he isn't so oppressive until they can figure something else out. But then sometimes minor things like that solve the problem entirely and they don't have to mess with the champion anymore.
