51% looks pretty comfortable to me for an average Plat+ Player.

and they are free LP however ive seen godly ones as well and those are the ones doing quite well and the ones to be feared.
With all that being said, even the average lissandra is sporting a 51% WR.

What's high skill cap? I'd argue that it's "Exposure." People generally don't play more than 5 games with her before shelving her, so they don't get exposed, even though her kit is relatively basic. Just spam Q's and keep E around for escapes or secures..... and know the effective radius of W..... It's not a hard kit..... It's just polishing it that lacks.
