When is Riot finally going to nerf snowballing and fix tissue paper turrets?

It's no longer even fun forcing surrenders at 20. Those games used to be rare, and usually because you outplayed and won the game hard. Now it's just because someone like Jax got first blood and can literally 1v3 under turrets at 12 minutes.

There's zero reason that a 1k/m gold lead shouldn't be anything excessive. It's literally not excessive. Ending a game before 20 minutes should be fucking unheard of. But now, it's common place.

Weren't people complaining that games being stalled were boring as shit last season and the season before that?

Not last season, certainly. Maybe season 4, but they nerfed mana regen and Ziggs hard enough that it wasn't an issue.

Then season 3 and 4 then, people were whining that the stall meta was lame and boring and all people did were tower sit, so they changed that.

Yes, but they fixed that problem with the initial set of changes. Btw, they didn't fix it by nerfing/buffing towers, they added early damage resistance to turrets because pros were abusing fast push metas and they didn't like that. In my opinion diving a turret should be an incredible risk no matter if you're tanky or at what part of the game. And I don't care who you are, diving an inhibitor should make even a tank hurt. Diving a nexus turret should always be impossible.

Personally, I think the opposite. When you five man pushed before, you had wave clearing, and turrets chunking at all points of the game and it became a slow dull waiting game until another lane pushed, or it was cleared then rinse repeat. I personally like the more heavily dive focused games, but once again, that is just me.

I'm okay with that. I'm talking about solo assassins/fighters diving people repeatedly as soon as they get a small lead. Riven is a huge offender here.

As for inhib turrets I want the damage to scale up incredibly fast if they're attacking a champion, on top of having % hp damage.

If someone is better than you why not dive and kilL you in your tower??I wish they will buff armur and mr on tower but also nerf their damage. Snowbally is good but there a defferent between the snowball of a champion which has 2-3 kills and from a champion that with 0 kills buying item 3124 and he is op.In that case the item carry.

While i do not care for 60 minute games that much, I truly hate 20 minute games. There is definitely something to be said about game length now. Heck, just watch streams of guys like QT and Meteos, there games are always so short now. I know they want to make the game better for everyone but it is losing the competitiveness of it.

They're getting rid of 60 minute games. People would rather play three 20-minute games instead of one 60 minute game.
