Remember that Lee's R has no counterplay because riot doesn't want outplay potential.

No this isn't a biased post with no facts. In a thread a rioter pointed out, very clearly, that they don't want people outplaying lee sin r.

The exact phrasing was that they believe that it's unfair for people to beable to use a mobility spell (Was mainly referring to flash) to outplay the lee sin ult by using the spell to re-position yourself.

Even if this wasn't taken wildly out of context, Riot had great reasons for their thinking here. At least have the balls to link the response you're "paraphrasing."

Not sure if that'll take you directly to the comment but just use the riot comments button to scroll through. Also, yes the logic is there but flawed.

I think its fine that you cant flash after he starts casting his ult, but he shouldnt have the same "stun" after the knockback finished to get a free Q hit or a 10 year stun against a wall.

doesn't lee sin actually need to be close? theirs your counterplay, land your q then you can ult them, miss your q and you can't get close, use your ward jump to re-position for your q and you lose the ability to backwards ultimate.

something with little to no counterplay would be old warwicks ultimate, which is now being reckoned with the rework, or fiora old ultimate and most likely camillie ultimate. ultimates are suppose to be strong, thats why they are called ultimates.

Has a good Lee sin ever had an issue getting close? There's a reason why he's one of the top, if not, THE top jungler in high elo.

suppose lee sin wasn't the top jungler, someone would just take that spot and you would claim its op. i think lee sin is a fair champion, you hit your skill shot and your rewarded.

I'm not calling the champion overpowered. I RARELY will say the champion is OP or something, I feel like saying that is a cheap thing people do to ignore/explain their own mistakes and I don't want to end up like that. However I will say that Lee sins R lacks counterplay in alot of different ways. The most prominent being his R>Q combo that is physically impossible to do anything against once you get caught in it. Plenty of high elo people agree as well to Lee sin's lack of counterplay in his R.

Camille's ultimate does technically have counterplay, though might not be as widely accessible as people would want it and that is knocking her or pulling her out of the zone. Alistar Azir Gnar Gragas Hecarim Janna LeeSin Poppy Singed Blitzcrank Draven Nautilus TahmKench Taliyah Thresh Tristana XinZhao Zac Some of these would be hard to do due to small knock backs and I didn't include a few others that could of also did it like Vi Ziggs Volibear Diana But there are ways to get her out of the field which would stop the zone.

This is only to prevent him from getting close to the recipient of the ult, not counterplay to the ult itself. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with it but even if you prevent him once, twice, maybe even 3 times eventually he'll get to his target uninterupted and once he's in range there's nothing his target can do.

If you knock her out of the ultimate, it stops the ultimate completely. I was only saying that you could use one of these champions to knock her out of the ultimate to remove the zone, which all of these champions can technically do. Though some of these relies on an ally and some of these are short displacements so you have to be careful with when and how to use it. Also if you knock her away before she even uses her ultimate, chances are her E is on CD which means she has no way to get back in range of you as well.

You do know I'm talking about Lee Sin right? He is definitely a man and his E has nothing to do with his capability to ult.

Oh I was not paying attention to the names in this thread lol. My first post on this thread was talking about Camille's ultimate because you mentioned "little to no counterplay" and then said most likely Camille as well. Which I guess I didn't pay attention to the "little" part in that sentence since Camille's ultimate does have some counterplay but yea not a lot, but I might of misread your first post saying that she had no counterplay at all.

But on to the topic about LeeSin's Ultimate..Yea I agree his ult really doesn't have any counterplay but for "Stay away from him" which isn't really easy to do with his mobility. Which also makes sense on your last post talking about getting to the target 2 or 3 times because Lee would have enough mobility to reach a target multiple times in a fight. Personally I think we really should be able to flash during his animation of his ultimate. I mean..you can for Tristana

I'm sorry about the confusion lol

I dont care about being able to flash as he uses R. Just Flash before he does. My problem is you get stunned at the end of the kick and he always gets a Free Q off of it. That shit is BS.
