Hail of Blade is the worst Domination keystone
Just tried HoB on Yi for 2 games and I lost 2 games in a row
50-100% AS for 3 basic attack or something that is way worst than Lethal Tempo which gives the same amount but for 6 seconds. It does not reset on takedown and as long as you are fighting you wont use it more than once.
What is the purpose of this keystone exactly? Did not Riot learn that Attack Speed without Damage does nothing? Nearly every attack speed item does damage and a keystone that does no damage is pretty bad
