A reasonable vayne nerf

Vayne is iconic as the one of the highest DPS adc and a tank shredder and I'm fine with the concept but she is too safe in the current meta; ADC lane bullies have been nerfed into the ground over several patches, tank items and thornmail was just nerfed, and she has been buffed within the last few patches. All of these things combined are making it too easy to get to her late-game hypercarry status.

Vayne can keep her damage if she becomes less safe or lose some damage and keep the safety of stealth and condemn stun/self peel she has now

IMO condemn stun duration should be lowered at the very least; it already functions as a giant self peel as well. Getting hit with a 1.5 sec stun along with massive burst damage + adding/proccing silver bolt stacks just for standing next to a wall is stupid (as bot lane/the map is full of them and is one of the reasons why vayne is such a strong duelist)

This allows vayne to keep her tank shredding abilities as you have to get relatively close to do damage, but you don't insta-win every fight in lane because you pressed E and slammed the other adc into the wall.
