With all these new skins coming out is Riot going to do a skin rp reduction for old skins? There are some skins that don't even deserve the 975 price. Like that new Xin Zhao skin.... completely bad pricing with no particles except when he ults.

Any skin with custom particles of any kind (including recolors) and a new recall animations falls under the 975RP tier.
