I don't understand why isn't Blade of the Ruined King a recommanded item on Ezreal

LoL aint life··2 votes·232 views

The item is just perfect on Ezreal

  • 8% of target's current health on each Q
  • Good sustain
  • Devastating poke with item 3078 item 3042
  • Good self-peel with the active, making you even safer
  • Attack speed goes really well with your Passive and W, allowing you to autoattack lots of time.

Why isn't it a recommanded item on Ezreal?
