Can we have more in-game announcers? HoTS makes good use of them

It's a little boring hearing that standard announcer all the time. During the Bilgewater event, Gangplank got to orate, and that was a refreshing break from the standard announcer, but it didn't last.

I'd love for the game to get new announcers that you can pick-and-choose from, like what you get in Heroes of the Storm. Having D.Va as an announcer gets pretty funny, or you could pick Diablo as an announcer for characters like Ragnaros. Good stuff.

I know you'll say "Too expensive to get the VA's", but I think if you priced these announcers for RP, it'd make a good profit. That and it would be purely cosmetic (so to speak), in that the announcers don't really affect gameplay. They just let you personalize your experience more.
