Does anyone still feel cheated after the Rune refunds?

Does anyone still feel like they got cheated with the rune refunds? I have spent at least 300,000 IP on runes and runepages over the years, which means that if I had not, I could now own every champion that would be released for the entirety of this season, or buy the skin. But now, I am only going to be refunded around 90,000 IP, not even enough to buy the skin, or the best stuff in the "temporary IP store" after the refund. Runes and Runepages weren't an optional purchase to boost your gameplay, they were a requirement to play competitive even in normal games. I just don't see the reason why newer players (those who bought runes on the defined cutoff date) got a 100% refund on all their purchases, while your more dedicated audience got a pennies-on-the-dollar in return for their years of hard work. I've even bought IP boosts with my own money back when I first hit level 30 just so I would have a fair chance against other 30s... With the new system in place, all players are finally going to be equally positioned to play whatever role and champ they want without being limited by their rune page. I think it's a great change for the game, but I spent IIP and RP on these runes and runepages and no other IP/RP investment I have ever made in the game has been made worthless like this. It feels like even more of a slap in the face when you announced that players who bought everything last season (basically what the cutoff date was) would be getting a rule refund before you even dropped the rune prices to around 10IP and everyone else were getting a 10% refund.

And before anyone says that I'm trying to be entitled for more freebies, I've spent a ton of money on League over the years (around 1k USD since the last year(s) I made a ticket to check) and own 178 skins on top of the RP I spent on runes and runepages, so I'm clearly not someone who isn't willing to spend money on things I want or support a game that I loved playing. I'm not going to be BS that I'll be quitting the game...since I've obviously invested far to much to just throw it all away, but changes that shaft old players like me will make make it extremely hard for me to ever want to spend another cent on this game.
