Prestige Kai'Sa's Concept Art

Is there any reason why you guys decided to stray away from the concept art's original face design for a more Lady Gaga, caked in make-up look? Prestige Kai'Sa has been getting tons of negative criticism because of this very design choice and most people would rather buy the normal K/DA version that play this one, so why not edit her face to look more like it's original concept? I've seen so many friends and website posts (most recent example: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/memes/5I4EvxXv-change-my-mind-c-i-c) saying they didn't want to get the skin over her Lady Gaga face alone. It feels like such a small change would be all it takes to "Fix" the problem everyone has with it.
