Why Riot may have refused to fix GGMF

I think this is exactly why Riot refused to make changes to the skin. They already had most of this animated trailer done and would have had to waste a lot of money having it updated to reflect the model's changes. It looks like they solidified their decision on what the skin was going to look like way before they showed us and already went through with Splash Art creation, promotion, and the like before bringing it to PBE. It's a similar case when they make lore changes that people dislike. They decide on one vision and immediately have people work on all the other related graphics to the point where going back isn't a viable option anymore.

They could have changed her walk animation tho.

I thought that much was obvious... Like, really obvious. A lot of man hours go in to stuff like this. I’d also like to note that her aesthetic isn’t really the main issue here. It’s her features. No matter what people say, it’s the fact that she lacks anything new that people don’t like about her.

Most of the complaints for this skin were directed at the animations of the ingame model though, which would have had no impact on the video.
