the only way i see riot removing hec form top lane is reducing the damage to champions
and move the damage form his q and w of heal more of jungle minions

Erockandroll1 votesI don't actually think riot wants him to be removed from the top lane, so long as he's not must pick/ban. And he does not seem to be crowding anyone else out of the top lane.
