Gp's Powder Kegs ignore 60% of targets armor ( FULL ARMOR)
Isn't that a little OP? He already got buffs in other places ( remove scurvy healing 15% of missing health )
But, I just don't understand what 60% of armor is supposed to do. How do you itemize aganist that? Granted, you can destroy the casks but most gp players spawn the cask on top of you like syndra and use their q immediately. If I'm correct 
damage is added to the cask damage and also ignores 60% armor
If it's at least 60% of Bonus armor I can agree, but he kills squishies as fast as tanks.
And it slows...
Def needs a nerf to spawn radius at least, 1000 range to spawn and parrley proc at 625 range.
