I feel like health per level runes is more efficient than armor runes. I remember when armor runes used to be 13 total but now its just 9. ADC or Ad Assassins attacks really hurt early game and most mid laner have like almost no base armor.
Enkidusmurf2 votesI'd say take it slow. Tanks just became stronger. If you spring Armor rune changes, too, people will very suddenly notice that tanks are actually hard to kill, and they'll get them nerfed. Or get BoRK buffed. Like, with armor pen. -.-

It's still better to take Armor vs AD and Health vs AP. My biggest issue is not having enough rune page slots to have a flat and a scaling armor page.
Very Hard Engage1 votesi want to see higher early armor from runes, and other high armor items lowered a bit, so jungling/laning can be easier while simultaneously toning down tanks a bit.
