Would changing exhust to a 2.5 second 50% damage reduction spell be enough?

No movement speed slow, no attack speed slow just a 50% damage reduction for 2.5 seconds.

I'm sorry but EXHAUST should EXHAUST the target.

Slow is a must. Damage reduction not so much. It should be a 90% slow for 2 seconds and slow attack speed by half that. Why it lowers damage is beyond me. If I'm exhausted swinging my machete I don't deal less damage with it, I just swing it less often and lay down while swinging.

Name may change but are you trying to reduce enemy damage or make them slow ? Cause currently Exhaust does both.

Do not increase the damage reduction Keep it at 40%

Exhaust is fine. It's the only tool we have to deal with fed players. It's imperative that it remains potent.

I humbly disagree. The movement speed debuff is critical for kiting. The attack speed debuff directly reduces the damage a champion can output while under the effects of exhaust.

Your proposed changes would cut the usefulness of the spell by at least 1/3rd. It's way to far. Sorry.

Thankfully, Riot isn't planning on nerfing Exhaust anytime soon.

Minions can't cast spells, your statement is completely wrong on many levels.

ya i dont know why im not seeing pantheons takin exuast with leathality red/quint and goin flat pen item then %pen into bruiser(a lil hp mr armor more ad.)
