We need runes specifically for bruisers, divers and fighters
Here are some examples
#Bulwark (Diver capstone): If there are more enemies than allies within 400 range, gain shields equal to 20% of the damage nearby enemies take (after mitigation) from any source, decaying over 2 seconds.
#Momentous (Bruiser capstone): You can continue to move even while crowd controlled (except displacement effects) but moving while crowd controlled causes the crowd control to expire 100% slower (you cannot take any other actions that you normally could not take while crowd controlled). Scoring a takedown on an enemy champion reduces the penalty to 25% for 5 seconds.
#Flourish (Fighter capstone): Passive: Your boots gain the active effect, FLOURISH. The active is disabled for the first 180 seconds of the game. Active - FLOURISH: Your next auto attack within 3 seconds has exactly 200 range and causes you to swap places with the enemy unit. (4 second cooldown)
