Fiora needs buff but after nerfs.

Fiora is not a team fighter. She excels on 1v1 and splitpush. Letting her Q hit tower and being able to crit tower is good change for that sense. But riot has already buffed her couple times. So nerf her 1v1...pls nerf that true damage...then we can have a splitpusher.
