and devourer are way better at this job

Sire Hippington1 votesthe stats it offers for the gold are just not that great, mostly cause with the ramping mr, pne would like it on melees, but as isn't the best stat for melees as they have a hard time sticking at targets to constantly AA, atleast in teamfights. Another problem is that it's designed for magic-damage AA focused champs, and we simiply don't have alot of those, especially not popular. Some small number buffs like uping the as to 50% would imo be enough to make it a good item in certain situations.
