Idea for Team Builder

This has probably been suggested 1000 times before, I think for team builder, you should have a "ban" list. Have it be like in draft where you can only ban 3, but it'll be like when you search for players, no banned listed champs will appear, and when you search for a game, any team with those banned champs will not appear. You could also choose NOT to ban any champions, and it wouldn't effect anything. I understand Team Builder is sort of a "play who you want", but I just feel unsafe I guess when in Team Builder because I'm afraid of getting really annoying champions or having to go against my top counter when trying a champion for the first time.
