A question/solution (maybe) to Riot with ranked

Everyone is giving suggestions about how we can improve ranked, and I was wondering if it was possible to not only queue people up by elo and mmr, but also some sort of "behavior" mmr? As in, the people who rarely/never get reported get paired up, whereas those with lots of reports for trolling, bad behavior, etc.. get paired up.

The bad thing I see where if toxic people get paired up with trolls, it might only make matter worse, but what do you guys think?

If I'm understanding this correctly, this is an idea known as Prisoner's Island, where trolls/players with negative attitudes get paired up with each other. This idea has been presented to Riot many times, and Riot has said that they will not do it.

I personally love this idea. It would be like the karma system in Vain Glory, and I think that this shouldn't be implemented in just Ranked, but all modes, but atleast in Ranked because i'm tired of going adc and having my jungler gank once, die, then say "whatever guys, i'm done with ganking, have fun down there by yourselfs' fucktards."
