If you would've read the news maybe, you'd know that the release of 3 days ago was extremely buggy and got few hotfixes.

And riot never said those lines.

We're talking about the Dynamic Queue which has been released in NA and TR only, not EUW, and it's not about elo but about groups.

And get 0-10 lp depending on how many the enemy party has. If it's a 5v5 you still gain a third of a normal lp win.

Find that line and post it. I've read Riot's replies and the Dynamic Queue's purpose is to allow everyone to go ranked because a lot of players don't play ranked to not leave their friends, because a 5s team is too hard to gather and maintain.

if you stop being idiot and think a bit, you would realise that they can't fixe it for higher elo, because they aren't many, there is 500 people in master+challenger, and around 500 diamond 1. With this changes EVERYONE will play with their team in soloQ, there is no way to play alone except if you want to wait 1 hour like trick2g

Insulting wasn't necessary, very mature of you.

They'll wait the time that's necessary instead of D1s being matched with lcs teams. Even though Riot's probably going to release something else for high elo as DynQ doesn't seem workin FOR NOW.

here idiot isn't in insult, just a word that means you can't think unlike dumb or what ever.

so you realised it? they will do something different because dynamic queue CAN'T work in high elo, many people like nightblue told them and they didn't listen.

They just gave feedback for the first version, which was very buggy, you, as well as nightblue have no idea about how far fixes can go, so you should keep you mouth shut until just tomorrow, which is when Riot will let us know how their data got analyzed and what decision they take.
