klepto has an actually decent chance to drop those pods that instant lvl up you.
No wonder everyone says it is so broken...the chance to get an instant lvl up so much as within the first 3 minutes just for AAing someone after you use a Skill...
that shouldn't be a Thing. I'm fine with klepto for the most part, except the gold. but that instant Level up pod from the previous frostqueens should NOT exist.

Eternal Torment1 votesWell it did for me just now. i put the boards aside to Play a game as gp with klepto and got that pod dropped at lvl 6 vs a kennen.
Professor Ward2 votesit only levels up your skill and the chances of it dropping before 10 minutes are basically (and probably) zero
i have never had this drop early game, the drops are time sensitive, and multi drop sensitive, meaning
you are never going to get this early, and you are never going to get this twice in a row.

then im assuming that was an EXTREMELY rare drop, which i agree, still isnt cool. Randomness kills competition.
