Double-Edged Sword+Oppressor+Merciless masteries on Ashe.
Level 2 insane free damage output, try it out if you haven't already, there's a reason she's the #2 ADC behind Kog'Maw.

Wat
That's a total of 9.5% dmg increase under 50% health, it doesn't make much of a difference, double edge sword isn't worth it imo.
That's an almost 10% damage increase for free, with a Support taking Expose Weakness adding an extra 3% that's a free kill.
Thanks for the input though, but I like in lane kills. Just try it man, you'll see the difference.

You also die much quicker, on an immobile ADC with barely any peel against burst assassins. ADCs like Ashe are supposed to be late game oriented. If you can get a kill in lane because you have an aggressive support, then fine, but often times it isn't worth the risk when farming safely guarantees you gold
Strong points, could be playing the safe game is the way to go
Some people out here are scared to take DSword on ADC's, but with Ashe's range its pretty safe
Double-Edged Sword: 2% Additional Damage Oppressor: 2.5% Additional Damage Merciless: 5% Increased Damage (40% Health)
at lvl 2 thats like 5-6 damage extra per auto...In lane thats barely noticable. Percentages dont really have much of an effect till the numbers get higher.
Fervor of Battle's damage stacks on to these percentages, I probably should have mentioned that,
