I mean, I welcome another ADC that goes on hit.

But for the two games I played with her she needs some nerfs because she's gigabroken.

Both item 3085 anditem 3124 are broken on her as they both basically double stack it........ item 3085 makes it so that it is almost perma stacked(only hits the primary target)

If I were to be blunt, yes in the current state. If its ADC, im pretty sure she maxes W first (170 magic damage base + 60% AP on every 3rd auto, gaining 40% movespeed on proc), and with most on hit items being geared toward helping magic damage means she just can kill anything on sight while being extremely hard to catch. It works because it abuses the power of her W MS and damage, making the cc on her kit even more effective than with regular AP Neeko.

to be fair thats because full ap neeko has its limits to burst, and is heavily reliant on flash. auto attacks are constant so an on hit build makes her a longer ranged teemo but with actual self peel.

It's a fine thing, but I haven't seen her using item 3115 item 3091, instead opting for AD items like item 3153 and even non-on-hit AD items like item 3094 item 3087 item 3085 item 3139 item 3031.

Looking at Neeko's AP ratios and her kit's damage types, that seems to say that item 3115 item 3091 are really, really underpowered. AP on-hit champions should be building AP on-hit items, not AD items. Crit seems too strong and AP on-hit seems too weak. Neeko's new build is evidence for that.

Also item 3085 having crit is problematic since it is core on a lot of ranged on-hit builds. It should be AP/AD neutral.

No on hit is cool and we could use more of it in games.

Wow, a lane with two people lets a champion that mimics others hide better. Who'd have seen this coming?!

CPU Lyrica3/9/2019, 3:46:58 AM3 votes

just do what we did with caitlyn. remove runaan bolts' stacking passive. fixed.

FSRER3/9/2019, 6:02:41 AM3 votes

Silence! Don't post such things or they will buff her ability damage and ap ratio.

I don't think it's a huge problem, as an ADC player I like having new champions (it's a boring posistion...) in the role and I think Neeko can be a fine ADC. She didn't find her role in the midlane and if she's a betetr ADC riot should embrace it.

There's tweeks I'd make of course though, because she's a bit weird ATM: The on-hit damage probably needs to be lowered for base damage a little and given more AP scaling so she needs some AP to do serious damage with it, so it scales with items. As long as it's roughly the same damage with Nashor Tooth then that should work. It'll hurt the botrk rush but honestly an ap onhit shouldn't work so great with that anyway, Nashor rush would be fine.

The E probably needs some nerfs and the Q needs buffs. As is she doesn't even level Q which is funky. Not sure exactly but as an idea: Maybe if the E root duration didn't scale so hard and make the Q had better base damage especially in the early levels.

Irs not that her AP build is too weak: its her AD one who's way too strong. You can't have a fast artillery mage with nukes and several hard CC and give them AA empowerement. That's what they did with Zoe and she was considered busted by literally everyone. The only difference is Zoe having to cast things to empower her AAs who are, by consequence, gated by cooldown, while Neeko can just brain dead right click and let the magic happen

I played against a neeko adc with a lux supp, it was one of the worst bot game i had in a while.
