Rammus isn't fun to play anymore
That self slow debuff is just like.... why even bother anymore??? ... Why even play Rammus???

Ok.
I'm having a blast on rammus. Been spamming him with a 63% win rate and I've climbed like 4 ranks.
Although i do think the w slow is a little too much. Wouldn't hurt to lessen the slow by like 10% if you ask me.
Pretty much. There's really no strategic reason to play him anymore. Hitting W during a tower dive is a death sentence.
