I'm not asking if she's viable; I already know she is. She has lots of CC, tankiness, can effortlessly apply stoneborn, and is one of the best peelers/antiengage champions in the game.
What I'd like to ask you is: would you allow me to pick her as a support? Or would you troll/flame/blame everything (e.g. top dying under the enemy turret) on me?

Anyway wound up being a practical MVP for that game. If players are going to get high and mighty among an off meta pick, they aren't necessarily open minded. Your poll doesn't need input. Just play what you're comfortable and confident with. If your intent is to play to your best, that's what should matter.

Because, as a support, I need collaboration from my ADC. If he afks or trolls, I'm 2v1 as a melee champion. If he backs when I engage, I'm dead. :'(

You'll win some and lose some but it's seldom I ever hear "Why didn't you play X? " from an upset ally who wants the game to be played his/her way
