Can someone explain how this account has 0 wins over all seasons and is plat 3?

WoShiJYTDeZhu - Summoner Stats - League of Legends

Plat 3 0LP, 0 wins 10 losses; clearly not someone with the skill level of a plat player. This begs the question, how are they even plat in the first place? Where did they get all the LP? They've never played ranked in previous seasons according to OPGG, and every ranked game they've played this season they've lost.

Was clearly a troll in champ select, so I had to dodge and lose LP for this. [sg-ahri-3]

Every two weeks (Or so I believe its two weeks. Maybe two months?) OP.GG clears out match histories. Its possible the player just hasn't won since then

Played norms, robot system saw patterns related to certain elo, tagged it as x elo, got promoted to this elo after promo test even if bad?

Game history is considerably longer then whats on Op.GG.

chinese name. likely boosted. seen some monkeys in plat 4 with 0-10 recent games, kda of 0.6 (of boosted) and still after 10 games have p4 mmr. good season LUL.

They ended last season at Diamond III, but new accounts can also do this by queuing with someone in Diamond for their promos.

This is one of the many issues with the ranked system. There's no MMR decay if you skip an entire season.
