Hey Riot, when do you want to change LeBlanc into an assassin that isn't oppressive and cancerous?

I'm sorry, but the idea of an assassin who does outstanding burst damage while having a 1000 unit slowing chain that falls into hard CC, which she can duplicate once 8 minutes pass isn't in any way acceptable. Which other assassins have hard CC? Yeah, no one, except for Ahri, and she hardly counts as an assassin these days. Reduce the tether length, take away the slow, or take away the duplication factor, because that's honestly the most obnoxious shit outside of getting memed on by Fizz or out-dashed by Yasuo.
