why is fizz not touched

fizz as an assasin oversteps one of the important rules of assasins which is that they burst one target down and then help their team with couple of their skills that have low cooldown

but fizz is kinda broken here 1)he does not need his ult to assasinate 2)all of his primary skills have low cooldowns, his playfull has 8 seconds cd on lvl5, this in connection with point 1 means that fizz usualy assasinates 2 ppl per teamfight without his teams help (100 to 0 assasinations) 3)he is probably the safest assasin ever (zhonya+e allow him to be freee of cc which is the only thing he should be afraid off)
4)he has no weak phase of the game, usualy ppl who are strong late are weak early and vice versa, fizz usualy wins early and is fed or does not win early and gets fed mid game 5)his burst is increbily fast (w+e+q takes aroound a second and can possibly yield a kill depending on how fizz is fed but its always a big chunk of damage) 6)he does not realy need to aim, his ult is his only skillshot but he does not rely on it

could rito be kind ennough to take away some power from his basic skills and put it into his ult, atm fizz is both easy and safe being a dominant laner and a good teamfighter

Fizz is not a dominant laner by any means. He's a melee in a lane dominated by long range poke mages, and he generally lacks any sort of kill pressure (or gank assistance) until at least level 4. Being practically required to open Flask in most matchups is not an indication of incoming lane domination.

being able tyo eat someone at lvl3 is kinda hard to deal with

Why is fizz full HP at level 3? Harass on fizz levels 1 and 2 is actually totally free, if you're fighting him and the fish isn't below 25% and sucking down pots when he hits three in afraid you're doing it wrong.

This is like saying Nasus is a dominant laner. Or poppy. Guys actually a breeze to bully.

this bullying you speak about can be easily worked around by basic things like dodging and well ... dodging

most of harras is skilshot based, and fizzs passive allows him to survive autos easily

also unlike nasus fizz does not need to farm early that much, he ccan play agressively and be quite safe with it so it pays off more for him

Actually, fizz not farming in anticipation of getting a kill at three is the number one way to have him completely down and out.

"Most harass is skillshot based" is entirely true-and what else is true is that most skillshot based harass has less than a 5 second cd. Command: attack. Oh you dodged with playful? Command attack, command dissonance. Boop, there goes a third of your hp. Also, a ton of harass isn't skillshot based! I main Viktor in mid and let me tell you it is actually impossible for Fizz to dodge my Q and even my E if I'm smart with it. I've never met a Fizz who could get to level 3 with over 50% hp and any farm at all.

The second point of how to Counterplay fizz is his dash, which puts him in a predictable spot right next to you for any hard cc skillshot you'd like to land. When he comes in with his dash, land any skillshots you'd like on him especially cc, then walk away from him. His option becomes either use P/T to follow you (in which case you can usually just slaughter him) or use it to escape at which point you follow up with more harass in the cooldown window and force him out of lane.

A fizz that comes back with a sheen when you have a Zhonyas is a fizz you can easily bully right out of the game. Does he counter some champs solidly? Of course. Casseopia is gonna hate her life. So is Xerath usually. But can the majority beat him by adapting their playstyle and understanding what fizz does? Absolutely. But don't expect to go into lane playing like you're against another mage and win.

oh yeah its so easy explains why i see fizz being insanely fed in every game i see him ,i dont play mid often and when i do i do it with zed, he counters fizz hard, but that bastard can just get fed on anything that is low on map and he snowballs faster than anything else, i can get the guy to 0/10 but when the game ends he will have at least 15 kills and lots of items from those kills

zhonya is a good point besides him aiming for things he can kill (basics of playing assasins, dont hit stuff that you cant kill

But can the majority beat him by adapting their playstyle and understanding what fizz does?

which means that you need to make yourself a speciall learning session just to counter fizz, sorry but as far as we have almoust 120 champs none needs such a devotion to actualy counter

his counterplay is very limited, thats why you need so much time to understand and counter him propertly

i dont say he is op but that his power is too equaly distributer all over his skills making him more of a meele mage with damage over the roof than an actual assasin

Really?

Zed: gotta understand his ult and shadow mechanic, know that you can cleanse ult and hit him when he'll appear when he ults you.

Lux: juke the skillshot but can't hide behind just one minion, her passive means you need to avoid autos in trades and her laser is easier to dodge one way than another.

Fizz: gapcloser makes him vulnerable before he can E, you can throw skillshots as he's in the air with trickster, his line dash can be interrupted with cc, you can watch for his W to telegraph an attack, you can bully him level 1-2 with no consequences and you can Zhonyas or dodge his ult or most of his damage.

Counter playing him is the same as Akali, Nasus, Katarina or Kassadin: late game hard scaler, early game you need to bully.

While it's true that fizz can snowball quite well it's more an issue that Fizz is harder to play against (more burden of knowledge) than he is to play as.

Let's look at other champs with a burden of knowledge as high as Fizz:

Shaco (have to know he has stealth flash, have to know about stealthed boxes, have to know to watch for the ult)

Yasuo (windwall, knock up into ult on the third cast of his ability, he has infinite dashes but only in minion waves)

Casseopia (when hit by poison she can cast twin fang infinitely fast, her passive gives her huge mana reductions for casting tons of spells, her spells are mostly DoTs and she has Counterplay specifically for JUST HER ULT and no other skill in the game in thAt you have to turn away)

All these champs are quite difficult to play as, as well. It's rare to see a bronze level player using Casseopia at a bronze skill level since at that level she's an incredibly punishing champ to try and use. But fizz? You can play fizz without quick cast, he doesn't rely much on CS, and his abilities are pretty easy to land. This makes him a great low-Elo stomper while he's pretty balanced at higher levels.

I second this. Especially levels 1-2, against a fizz you should either be able to keep him from farming entirely, or poke him enough that you can continue to zone him until his first back (and maybe even then, since you should be up in gold -> items -> power.
