Mystery champ item isn't live?

ZOINKS! We’re adding a new mystery champ item to the store for RP or IP in a future patch that’ll help offset the RNG of finding champ shards and permanents in chests

Why isn't this live already? Why do people have to get lucky or pay with RP to unlock mastery 6 and 7? This is some grade S+ bullshit.

It clearly says they will be adding it in a future patch, because clearly it's not ready yet.

They said "in a future patch".

Also nobody said you need to use RP to unlock them... just get good at your champ, get an S or 2, and disenchant any champ shards.
