god will you guys give it a rest? If it comes back then it is back. If not then it is gone. Get over it and let them do their jobs.
Sorry guys, Riot is too busy trying to ignore players asking WTF is this mage update shit they try to do.
It's best till you wait for window of opportunity between ignores Riot does. Next one will happen in 1 or 2 patches when Riot will try to buff Zed once again.
