The only time people play that map is on hexakill, and I have a blast during those short weekends, but really... Nobody plays it otherwise, and I wonder why. I want to play it so badly that I'll end up in queue for it for like 10 mins always hoping SOMEONE plays it, but nobody does! Cmon, let's bring it back!

You have no chance of warding, the jungle is too small and the whole gameplay just feels wrong on the map
BastionKross1 votesWith bots chasing away prospective new TT players and poor balance chasing away some veteran TT fans, soon Riot will have a graph made up showing that less than X% of players play Twisted Treeline and a significant portion of those are bots. Then the mode will be removed entirely to devote more resources to Summoners Rift. Then "Definitely Not Twisted Treeline" appears on the RGM schedule.
Iceember1 votesIdk. If my group of friends only has a 3 man we end up playing TT. Usually as ranked 3s and do quite well at it. The Meta there is quite different from SR and gives a nice refresher when you don't want to play a full 5v5.
