6.11 Irelia

Can we now finally adress that Irelia is broken again? Just saying her playrate nearly doubled and she's already sitting at 54% winrate. I don't know why you even buffed her in the first place but what astonishes me is that with the TF changes u didn't even nerf her beforehand. It was kinda clear that these changes will break her again? Imo instead of doing a rework like shens irelia should have been the target of a rework. Since her release she is either disgustingly broken or trash.
