Soraka's Alignment mechanic suggestion

With the new changes to Soraka, there's a lot to talk about, most primarily her Q's interaction with hitting enemies. As you probably know, Soraka will no longer gain health immediately upon hitting an enemy, and instead restores both health and mana in smaller amounts over 3 seconds.

This struck an idea upon me. Since Soraka has always been a very binary champion (and while simple champions should still exist, I think Soraka needs more attention, because as it is right now, people fall asleep playing her), I came up with a mechanic that would make a pretty good part of her kit. It'd be a secondary part of her passive, think Yasuo; here's how it would work:

Alignment - Attacking an enemy champion decreases alignment by x. Healing an allied champion through either W or R increases alignment by x

It would show up in a buff icon similar to Cassiopeia's passive.

The more alignment you have (means you're good), the stronger your heals are on allies (for balancing purposes, up to 15% stronger at maximum alignment for W and 5% for R). The less alignment you have (means you're evil), the more health and mana you gain from hitting enemy champions with your Q (say, from current 90 and 60 to 270 and 180 - numbers could be tweaked, I find it pretty weak now tbh). Also, your E cooldown could be decreased by a flat amount respectively, since it doesn't serve such good use for its long cooldown.

-For more clarity, I'd say -100 and 100 would be the caps for alignment, while you gain -10 alignment per champion attacked and +5 alignment per champion healed (decreases to +3 when healing via ult, for net +15 if all allies are alive).

This would add a cool mechanic that would add more diversity to Soraka's kit, adding strengths and weaknesses depending on the situation.

The current numbers in Soraka's kit could be toned down so this doesn't end up being a huge buff, rather a change to her kit that wouldn't affect balance that much. For example, her heal could be slightly lower, so a negative alignment Soraka cannot heal lots of health back while being able to sustain herself and play more agressively.

I suggest riot give Soraka a proper rework. Again.
