Volibear's Q needs a buff.

Volibear 's Q is atrocious. The small knock back/up, minuscule move speed buff and pathetic damage on a 12 second CD (at rank 1).

To be completely honest, I had a horrid game with him and felt that his Q is extremely underwhelming when trying to gank someone. Does anyone else feel this way or am I just bad and salty :'(

It's because it used to be 45% on all levels and sense they changed it to 30% to start with and ends on 50%. It's not been the same.
