Lower Brand's stun at early ranks.
I mean, like it or not, Riot will one day realize that the stun duration of Brand's Q is pretty annoying. They've already done it for most of the cc stunner champions. The majority of them have their root or stun duration lowered at early ranks. I must say that Brand Support is almost more annoying than Annie Support because of this raw damage and long range.
Well, dodge his spells! Once he gets Rylai, dodging his spells is almost impossible.
The only few exceptions are
