Why Caityln hasn't been nerfed yet.

Riot has said that champion changes (buffs and nerfs) are usually planned with a lot of time. Like a month's time ahead. From what I have observed, how quickly buffs/nerfs come out depend on whether a champion needs a numbers tweak or an aspect of their kit changed. The latter taking more time to roll out and be implemented since it requires more testing. Kennen for example hasn't been directly nerfed even though he has been considered too powerful for a quite a while. He didn't have a numbers issue but instead a problem with his kit that is unhealthy when put together. So he is gettting an aspect of his kit changed to make him healthier and easier to balance. Caityln I suspect is in the same boat as him which is why she hasn't gotten nerfed yet. Riot is probably tweaking with a whole lot of things to see what is the best direction take on her without gutting her. I just wish Riot would be more vocal about this if that is the case. I also hope is getting the same treatment. ( I just personally hate him)
