Option 1: Buff his hp back to original
Option 2: Make it so sion can move while charging q.
Option 3: Make his hp slightly higher while increasing scaling on hp gain from W. Unlike option 1, sion would have to be skilled to farm the lane for cs and won't have the hp if he is bad.

Too Ton1 votesUlt is unreliable though. One mobilty move and they can just sidestep the ult charge. Sion also should but not required ult from a distance to get the x2 damage and long knock up
