Riot you really piss me off every new champion has very high mobility (Kayn e,Pyke,now Akali).Just try playing vel koz vs nre Akali you cant hit your q she can ez dodge it your ult is useless when she is in her w. But also not just Vel'Koz can't fight her nobody can't one shoting people. Most stupid rework i've seen. I think i will quit leauge just because of how stupid her kit is. Thank you riot for great ballance in game...

Yes and no. She has very similar mobility to what she used to have, but with er new kit it's not as reliable. Prior to rework if you had 3 stacks of R up than you couldn't get away from her without burning flash or having a blink like Ezreal E or something like Quinn's Vault ability (which also didn't give you enough distance to get away most of the time anyway). Now her kit is very reliant on timing and skillshot accuracy, so she still basically has something similar to her old 3 stacks except now you have to land her E to get the 3rd jump. Plus her execute damage on R2 is a pretty huge damage boost from her old ult as well.
also, some people dont realize that you can activate her E2 off of her smokescreen as well giving her even more mobility than before.

I actually enjoy playing both Nunu and Mordekaiser (especially the latter), but then again I also used to be an old Urgot 1 trick with a 70% win-rate and riot took that away from me. Reworks are OK and i have no problem with them, but anything riot does is going to upset at least a few people especially when it comes to people one-tricking champions like I did (I was super upset because I had invested like at least 400 or so games into him, even more so because it was the only champ i played for like 6 months so my skill level on all the other modified champs was terrible. Ended up falling out of Plat because of it that season)

main, his kit is extremely easy to counter play an akali ... your range far surpasses hers, your passive shreds her, your q/w/e/r can be cast while shes in shroud and still damage her from a range in which she cannot retaliate. yes shes mobile, but there is counter play to every champion in this game, all you have to do is put in the effort of learning how.

Yes, her e can dodge your q very easily, but you also have to realize that your q is on a 6 or 8 second cd early game whereas her e is on a 16 or 17 sec cd .... get her to pop the e .. wait for her to walk up ... poke with abilities .. all in when youve poked her low enough ... I played the matchup yesterday and it was a night mare to play against especially once the Vel got to his 1st item Luden's .. if I got hit with 1 then at least the e or w would land too proccing the passive and boom 75% of hp gone. the only counter play she has in the matchup is after gunblade using an R-Flash-E combo to get you to pop flash and then re engage to follow up. but thats only possible once every 5 min. ask a freind or something that wants to learn akali/plays akali to play the matchup with you 1 on 1 so you can get a feel for it. If I had an EUNE account I'd help you but unfortunately, I'm a lazy ass that doesn't wanna take the time to level another account XD*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

Need to ban Yasuo cuz he is buffed now and his windwall can make Vel Koz useless also sometimes i want to ban Akali but my teammate pics her,but enemy team picks her first so...

rtbf2235272581 votesYeah that sucks I played Morde also a lot and wanted to main him but I was afraid of rework and they just don't know what to do with him (remember when he was adc?). Some people who now main Nunu are hyped for rework but some are not,you just get related to champion you become kinda best friend with him xD and next day he is not that champion anymore. Like GP he was funny pirate after rework he is some "Neither the flames or the depths could claim me..." guy,yeah he is badass but there are people who were related who that good old pirate.
