When will Kayle and Morgana rework be revealed?

Sometime early next year. The upcoming two new champions will be released before their reworks
August 2018's Champion Roadmap should have the answers you seek.
They said more information on Kayle & Morgana would be shared on the January-February 2019 Roadmap.
Wont be till 2019, we still havent gotten a new champion release yet as that comes first.
