Good think E lost damage, Q lost damage unless procced, and W lost damage (unless you build a lot of AD on kat...but who does that?). So yeah, she can E jump you now. She just lost a lot of damage and gained even higher cooldowns to compensate.

Because your E still has a cooldown, lost damage, and unless you start autoattacking them you still lost overall damage (and guess what, since you can't jump away for a bit and your E has a higher cooldown you can still easily be harassed).

Um. E's cooldown will be 3 seconds, so you have plenty of time to retaliate before she uses it again. It will literally be no different to her old harass pattern aside from doing much less damage.
Everyone sensible knows this is a massive nerf to her laning, not a buff.
Kuroi861 votesThe rework also places Shunpo's cooldown at 15 for all levels. Even with 80% refunded you're looking at 3 seconds where Kat will be within your kill zone. So unless she gets the kill the first time she goes in, she loses the trade. Kat may still be decent after the rework, but it's going to vastly change how she is built and it's going to take a while to figure her out after this.

Gunblade is 300 more than DFG gives 55 less ap but 45 ad.
