Ascension and Poro King are unplayable for ALL Mac users for months!

First of all, sorry for my bad English. I am not a native speaker. This is a topic which Riot is very silent about. I am not a mac user myself but I have a friend who can't play rotating game modes ( Ascension, Poro King ) since April because if she tries, she has 10 FPS. She has very good internet connection and computer! Besides she has permanent 60 FPS in the summoners rift and twisted treeline. Even the support could not help her. The problem is definitely not on her side. Even lower the graphics to minimum could not help. Many people reported this problem but Riot is silence about it...
