Having the ability to change the transperency of my HUD/UI (So I can have a larger Minimap without obscuring vision same with getting gank and the enemy champs doesnt show up because s/he is blocked by my HUD/UI)
and being able to change the binding of leveling my ability to my side mouse button + Q/W/E/R (currently doesnt work in anyway or form except macros which I dont have money for a 70 dollar keyboard)

Bind control to your side mouse button, hold the button and press the key. Otherwise just hold control and press Q/W/E/R, it's pretty easy to press control with your pinky to level.
