there is no way to play around infernal drake.

i just wanted to say that. the dragon is uninteractive and its pretty much a guarnteed loss once the enemy team gets 3.

and before you're like UGH " if the enemy team has 3 you deserve to lose"

league is a game that is known for comebacks but this shit just makes it impossible. infernal drake should not be in the game. we don't have a drake that gives defensive stats. whats with the favoritism?

and this isn't a raging thread. chances are am getting infernals as much as the enemy on average. but its no fun. i don't think i ever played a close game having 2-3 infernals. whichever team side am on. its ridiculous not fun playing with or against.

If there was a drake that gave defense would you shit your pants how you can't come back when they get infernal and the defense drakes?

Good thing 2-3 infernals in a row doesn't happen every game right?

Besides if your team loses that many drakes I think the drakes are more of a "win more" thing for the enemy.

I don't mind the dragon buffs, but the fact that after 35 minutes you get nothing but elders just makes it impossible for the losing team to recover. At least before when 5 dragons was powerful you could at least kill some enemies at get your first dragon afterwards. Now you get Elder and the buff lasts what feels like 15 seconds and then you're back to your original power level. If getting Elder gave you a lasting buff after the burn wears off it would at least be worth getting for the team behind besides just to prevent your enemies from getting it.

Why are people downvoting this?

Infernal lacks interaction completely, unlike the other 3 drakes. Its just a stat buff, which is something Riot claimed to not want at all when they refused to let Cloud be Global MS, rather than out-of-combat.

Not only that, but Infernal is blatantly superior to Ocean and Cloud, while still being better than Mountain as well.

I don't see anything wrong with that though.

If the enemy gets too many more dragons than you don't you kindof deserve to lose if you can't counteract that?

I'm missing the whole picture on this game if league is known for it's comebacks. It's pretty darn one-sided once one team is 2-5 kills ahead; dragons or not. Depending on if one player managed to get two kills, or just a spread across the board.

I do understand what you mean though. Map control is a huge part of the game, so theoretically, if you can keep dragon and baron under your grasp, you should definitely have a solid lead, even without kills and towers.
