Is anything going to be done about this? Or no? I mean, he's pretty strong. Way too strong. Like, strong beyond strong. Like... You know, I think you get it. D:

Things are going to get done, it'll likely just be rolled out with the next patch. Unless something is game-breakingly ridiculous, Riot tends to release their nerfs and buffs with every other champion; which would be the patch.

As far as ww is concerned I think they are debating on what exactly to do. Do they change challenging smite? Warwick? Both?

item 3718 is getting a nerf, both the challenging smite and the devourer base magic damage. Riot has stated that they will keep a close eye on Warwick and if the changes don't tone him down a bit, he'll see some tweaking.

Personally, I'm hoping this will get Riot a bit more inclined to work on his rework some, was so excited when I saw the old idea they had, sad when I heard they scrapped the idea.

Unless they changed the true damage to a DoT, item 3718 still lasts 3 seconds for players to whack at their target. Warwick has a 1.5 second ultimate, offering the same damage as before the nerf.

Challenging smite will still last six seconds, but the true damage will be spread out over a three second dot.
