I don't feel it's healthy when adcs rush to build cleaver and out-damage the crit items and they also be tanky to deal with.

Perhaps give us changes to black cleaver please? make it melee item only like hydra or tiamat or titanic hydra for example ? I mean really Black cleaver is a juggernaut item, i understand some Skirmishers like riven build it that's fine but it definitely should be for melees only Or maybe give only damage depends on % of champion's maximum health like titanic hydra so for example with 5000 hp you get like 50 damage with 2000 hp u only get 20 damage 10 per 1000 health so it'll be specialized item for juggernauts not adcs.

BC already got nerfed ... lower ad and now lower armor pen...

its not as viable on adcs any more and only a few adcs that really could use it

i understand really but it really has to be melee item, i mean look at i,t it's made for juggernauts, it should never be used on adcs, they have lw +giant slayer + penetrations, they don't need black cleaver on their list to rush it it's just too frustrating

For example melees can't build hurricane because it's made for ranges, Black cleaver is same way, it's made for melee juggernauts.

then they go and buff crit items to make crit more attractive to adcs

I mean that's fair if they manage to buff items like shiv/phantom dancer/ infinity edge/and other items that normally mostly made for adcs, i am fine with that. But they really need to change the black cleaver to make it Melee only. In that case adcs /juggernauts will have their fairness.

Mostly if we talk about buffing items for adcs i would choose trinity force, it used to be fantastic item on ez/kog/corki for example because it was hybrid + also gives crits and it has 7% movement speed helps them having their lane better as rushing item

adcs do not rush BC

the one who was abusing it of late was lucian and that was before the nerfs

stop

and even if they do.. its not good considering all the damn armor items in game got more armor now so its less effective
